## Title 3. Establishment of County Boards of Education

### Subtitle 12. Somerset County

#### Section 3-1203

(a) Annual compensation for the board is as follows:

  (1) Chairman - $6,000; and

  (2) Member - $5,000.

(b) The chairman and other nonstudent members are entitled to:

  (1) Reimbursement for expenses incurred in official duties performed outside Somerset County; and

  (2) $500 per member per year for expenses incurred in official duties performed within Somerset County.
