## Title 3. Establishment of County Boards of Education

### Subtitle 2A. Anne Arundel County

#### Section 3-2A-06.1

(a) At its annual meeting, the county board shall elect a president and vice president from among its elected members.

(b) The president and vice president shall serve a term of 1 year.

(c) An individual who fills a vacancy in the office of an elected member of the county board under Sec. 3-2A-04 of this subtitle may be elected to serve as president or vice president.
