For fiscal years 2025 through 2030, the State shall distribute the following proportion of the Blueprint Transition Grant amount under subsection (a) of this section to each county board: For fiscal year 2025, 85%; For fiscal year 2026, 65%; For fiscal year 2027, 50%; For fiscal year 2028, 35%; For fiscal year 2029, 20%; and For fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter, 0%.
