### Subtitle 17. Public School Opportunities Enhancement Program

#### Section 7-1705

On or before December 31 of each year, the Department shall report to the General Assembly, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, on the implementation of the Program, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of the  programs and services funded in accordance with this subtitle.
