For information purposes, the budget submitted by the Governor to the General Assembly shall include a detailed account of the operating and administrative budget for the Maryland School for the Blind in accordance with § 5–101 of this article, which shall include a complete list of revenue sources and expenditures for: Salaries, wages, and fringe benefits; Technical and special fees; Communications; Travel; Contractual services; Supplies and materials; Equipment; Fixed charges; and Other expenses.
