The Department shall ensure that each county board takes reasonable measures to implement this section. A county board shall inform: Principals, teachers, and other school personnel in the county of the requirements imposed by this subtitle; Children in State-supervised care and responsible adults acting on behalf of children in State-supervised care of the rights conferred by this subtitle; and Other interested parties of the requirements imposed and the rights conferred by this subtitle. The Department shall adopt regulations to implement this section on or before January 1, 2006.
