Subject to the hearing provisions of § 9.5–107 of this subtitle: If a licensee violates any provision of this title or of a rule or regulation adopted under this title, the Department may suspend the license for a period not exceeding 1 year; and If a licensee or registrant violates any provision of this title or of a rule or regulation adopted under this title, the Department may revoke the license or registration.
