## Title 9.5. Division of Early Childhood Development

### Subtitle 1. Established

#### Section 9.5-112

Beginning October 1, 2016, the Department shall submit to the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee and the House Appropriations Committee, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the monthly reports received by the Department regarding Child Care Subsidy Program expenditures and participation.
