This subtitle applies only to a person that accepts public campaign financing under: Title 15 of this article; or § 13–505 of this article. A person may accept a donation or make a disbursement relating to a contested election only if the person: establishes a contested election committee; and discloses the donations and disbursements in accordance with this subtitle.
