Title 13. Campaign Finance

Subtitle 2. Campaign Finance Organization and Activity

An individual may appoint a campaign manager by:

(1)

completing a form that the State Board prescribes and that includes the name and address of that campaign manager; and

(2)

filing the form with the board where the individual is required to file a certificate of candidacy.
