## Title 13. Campaign Finance

### Subtitle 2. Campaign Finance Organization and Activity

#### Section 13-236.1

(a) In this section, "foreign principal" has the meaning stated in 22 U.S.C. Sec. 611(b).

(b) A foreign principal may not:

  (1) make a contribution to a ballot issue committee; or

  (2) make a donation to a person that makes independent expenditures or electioneering communications relating to a ballot issue.
