### Subtitle 3. General Reporting Requirements

#### Section 13-340

Fees for late filing of campaign finance reports, affidavits, or amended campaign finance reports imposed under Sec. 13-331 of this subtitle shall be distributed to the Fair Campaign Financing Fund established under Sec. 15-103 of this article.
