Subtitle 6. Prohibited Acts and Penalties

(a)

The Secretary of State may seek an immediate injunction against any violation of this title.

(b)

A person who violates an injunction issued under this section:

(1)

is in criminal contempt; and

(2)

is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.
