## Title 16. Offenses and Penalties

### Subtitle 10. General Penalty Provisions

#### Section 16-1002

A person who violates Sec. 16-201(b)(6) or (7) or Sec. 16-903 of this title without knowing that the act is illegal shall pay a civil penalty and have the matter adjudicated in accordance with Sec. 13-604 of this article.
