Title 9. Voting

Subtitle 2. Ballots

(a)

In any election conducted under this article:

(1)

all voting shall be by ballot; and

(2)

only votes cast on a ballot may be counted.

(b)

All ballots shall comply with the provisions of this subtitle.

(c)

A ballot may not be used for any purpose not authorized by this article.
