The Board may: Recommend regulations for adoption by the Secretary to carry out the provisions of this title; and Make inquiries and conduct an investigation regarding any applicant for a license. The Board shall: Carry out the provisions of this title; Collect and account for the fees provided for under this title; and Keep a current record of all individuals and entities licensed under this title, including: The names of individuals and entities that are licensed; The issuance and expiration dates of the licenses; and Any other information that the Board considers appropriate.
