## Title 5. Water Resources

### Subtitle 12. Herring Run Public Watershed Association

#### Section 5-1204

(a) The chairman of the Commission shall be selected from the members of the county and city by a majority vote of the entire Commission.

(b)

  (1) The members shall meet at the chairman's request at least annually or any time at the request of a quorum of members of the county or city.

  (2) A quorum consists of 5 members.

  (3) A majority vote of the full Commission is necessary to approve any action.
