### Subtitle 4. Maryland Potomac Water Authority

#### Section 5-409

Any permit for the appropriation of water from the Potomac River the Department issues to any non-Maryland user shall include a provision for payment for the use based on the provisions of Sec. 5-408 of this subtitle. The Department shall transfer the payment to the Authority for credit as the assessment of that non-Maryland user.
