## Title 6. Toxic, Carcinogenic, and Flammable Substances

### Subtitle 10. Accreditation of Lead Paint Abatement Services

#### Section 6-1005

Except as otherwise provided, the provisions and procedures of Sec.Sec. 6-420 through  6-422 of this title and Sec. 7-266(b) of this article shall be used and shall apply to enforce violations of:

(1) This subtitle;

(2) Any regulations adopted under this subtitle; and

(3) Any condition of accreditation issued under this subtitle.
