Title 6. Toxic, Carcinogenic, and Flammable Substances

Subtitle 16. Pfas Chemicals

A person who violates this subtitle is subject to:

(1)

For a first violation, a civil penalty not exceeding $500; and

(2)

For a second or subsequent violation, a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000.
