If any radiation escapes from a low-level nuclear facility into the environment, the low-level nuclear waste facility permit holder shall: Notify the Department promptly of: The name of the radioactive substance involved; The quantity of the radioactive substance released; The intensity of the radiation released; and The composition of all radionuclides of the radioactive substance in terms of constituent weights; and Provide any additional information that the Department requests.
