(a)
Except as otherwise provided, the provisions and procedures of §§ 7–266(a) and 7–268 of this title shall be used and applied to enforce violations of:
(1)
This subtitle;
(2)
Any regulations adopted under this subtitle; and
(3)
Any condition of accreditation issued under this subtitle.
(b)
A penalty imposed under this section is payable to the Community Right–to–Know Fund and collectible in any manner provided by law for the collection of debts.
