## Title 9. Water, Ice, and Sanitary Facilities

### Subtitle 10. Water Quality Laboratories

#### Section 9-1017

(a) Before the Secretary takes any action under Sec. 9-1016 of this subtitle, the Secretary shall give the water quality laboratory against which the action is contemplated:

  (1) Written notice of the charges filed against it; and

  (2) An opportunity for a hearing before the Secretary.

(b) The Secretary shall give notice and hold the hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
