### Subtitle 17. Office of Recycling

#### Section 9-1734

(a) The provisions of Sec. 9-342 of this title apply to enforce violations of this part.

(b) The Department shall deposit any penalty collected under this section into the State Recycling Trust Fund established under Sec. 9-1707 of this subtitle.
