The Department shall send to the local health official and the local soil conservation district: A copy of any sewage sludge utilization permit issued in the county; Notice of the denial of an application in the county for a sewage sludge utilization permit; Notice of the suspension, revocation, modification, or termination of a sewage sludge utilization permit issued in the county; A copy of any notice, complaint, or order that the Department issues in the county under Part III of this subtitle; and A copy of any report filed with the Department pursuant to a condition of the permit.
