A producer or seller of synthetic turf shall, before the sale of synthetic turf, disclose to a customer: The maintenance that is typically performed throughout the lifespan of synthetic turf; and The typical cost for: Removing synthetic turf; Replacing synthetic turf; and Disposing of synthetic turf.
