Title 9. Water, Ice, and Sanitary Facilities

Subtitle 6. Sanitary Commissions

(a)

Unless the bylaws of the district require a larger number, a majority of the full authorized membership of the sanitary commission is a quorum.

(b)

Each sanitary commissioner is entitled to:

(1)

Compensation as approved and paid by the governing body of the member county from which appointed; and

(2)

Reimbursement for expenses as provided in the district’s budget.
