Unless the bylaws of the district require a larger number, a majority of the full authorized membership of the sanitary commission is a quorum. Each sanitary commissioner is entitled to: Compensation as approved and paid by the governing body of the member county from which appointed; and Reimbursement for expenses as provided in the district’s budget.
