In Part VII of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Shared facility” means a water system or sewerage system that serves: More than 1 lot; More than 1 single family residence or its equivalent; or A series of water systems or sewerage systems that each serve 1 lot. “Shared facility area” means the territory served by a shared facility.
