(a)
A transfer–on–death deed made in accordance with the requirements of Title 14, Subtitle 10 of the Real Property Article is effective according to the provisions of that subtitle.
(b)
Transfers of real property under Title 14, Subtitle 10 of the Real Property Article are effective as provided under that subtitle and are not testamentary.
