An adult utilizing a supported decision–making agreement may: Revoke the supported decision–making agreement at any time orally, in writing, or otherwise by expressing the adult’s specific intent to revoke the agreement; and Receive any support needed from an individual of the adult’s choosing to revoke the agreement.
