After appointment, letters shall be issued to the personal representative by the register. Letters shall contain: The name and location of the court or register by whom appointment was made; The name of the decedent and the personal representative; The date of the representative’s appointment; The date of probate of the will admitted to probate in the proceeding; The signature of the register and the seal of the court; and The date the certificate was issued.
