## Title 7. Administration of the Estate

### Subtitle 3. Accounting

#### Section 7-306

If a personal representative fails to render an account or to file a certificate as required under this subtitle, the personal representative:

(1) May be removed as provided in Sec. 6-306 of this article; and

(2) Is liable to interested persons as provided in Sec. 7-403 of this title.
