### Subtitle 2. Consumer Loans -- Licensing Provisions

#### Section 11-222

Any person who violates any provision of Sec. 11-203.1(a) of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or both.
