### Subtitle 3. Installment Loans -- Licensing Provisions

#### Section 11-305

Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or both.
