### Subtitle 6. Mortgage Loan Originators

#### Section 11-617

Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this subtitle is guilty of a felony and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $25,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or both.
