For the purpose of reviewing the development of the management plan for the Heritage Area, the Authority shall appoint a task force that includes: Members of the General Assembly who reside in Allegany County; A representative of each of: The Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County; The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park Commission; The Department of Natural Resources; The Maryland Historical Trust; The Mayor of the City of Cumberland; The United States Department of the Interior, as designated by the Department of the Interior; The Department of Planning; and The State Highway Administration of the Department of Transportation; Residents and business representatives from the area within and adjacent to the Heritage Area; and Other representatives as the Authority deems appropriate.
