### Subtitle 10. Branch Banking

#### Section 5-1012

With respect to the supervision, enforcement, and reporting requirements of Sec.Sec. 5-1009, 5-1010, and 5-1011 of this subtitle, the Commissioner shall act primarily in cooperation with the home state regulator or federal regulator of the affected out-of-state bank.
