### Subtitle 5. Child Care; Foster Care

#### Section 5-515

Subject to the hearing provisions of Sec. 5-516 of this subtitle, if a licensee violates any provision of this subtitle or of a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle, the Administration may:

(1) suspend the license for a period not exceeding 1 year; or

(2) revoke the license.
