## Title 9.7. Maryland Child Abduction Prevention Act

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 9.7-102

(a) Excluding Sec. 101(c) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, this title modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

(b) This title does not authorize delivery of any of the notices described in Sec. 103(b) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
