## Title 5. Maryland Public Ethics Law

### Subtitle 6. Financial Disclosure

#### Section 5-603

An individual who is appointed to fill a vacancy in an office for which a statement is required by Sec. 5-601(a) of this subtitle, and who has not already filed a statement under Sec. 5-602 of this subtitle for the preceding calendar year, shall file the statement within 30 days after appointment.
