Title 10. Mental Health Law

Subtitle 4. State Facilities

The Center shall:

(1)

Be maintained as a State facility for psychiatric research;

(2)

Direct its programs toward prevention, discovery of causes, and treatment of mental disorders and allied conditions; and

(3)

Perform the research programs under the written agreements that the Department and the Department of Psychiatry make.
