## Title 13. Miscellaneous Health Care Programs

### Subtitle 11. Cancer Prevention, Education, Screening, and Treatment Program

#### Section 13-1113

(a) The Department shall review a Comprehensive Plan for Cancer Prevention, Education, Screening, and Treatment submitted under Sec. 13-1109(e) of this subtitle and determine whether:

  (1) The Plan addresses the goals and requirements established for the county under Sec. 13-1108 of this subtitle; and

  (2) All other requirements of Sec.Sec. 13-1107 through 13-1112 of this subtitle have been met.

(b) The Department may not distribute a county's share of money for a Local Public Health Cancer Grant, as provided under Sec. 13-1108 of this subtitle, if the Department determines that the requirements of subsection (a) of this section have not been met.
