On or before September 1, 2023, and on or before September 1 every 5 years thereafter, the Director shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Finance Committee and the House Health and Government Operations Committee on the activities and recommendations of the Program.
