## Title 13. Miscellaneous Health Care Programs

### Subtitle 45. Cannabis Public Health Advisory Council

#### Section 13-4501

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Advisory Council" means the Cannabis Public Health Advisory Council.

(c) "Fund" means the Cannabis Public Health Fund.
