### Subtitle 51. Commission on Public Health

#### Section 13-5105

(a) The purpose of the Commission is to make recommendations to improve the delivery of foundational public health services in the State.

(b) The Commission shall provide guidance for implementation of the Commission's recommendations.

(c) The Department shall provide an update regarding the implementation of the Commission's recommendations to the Commission each quarter.
