### Subtitle 51. Commission on Public Health

#### Section 13-5107

On or before January 1 each year, the Commission shall submit a report on the implementation of its recommendations and barriers to implementation to the Governor and, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Health Committee.
