There is a Youth Camp Safety Advisory Council in the Department. The Council shall advise and assist the Department in developing and reviewing the regulations required under § 14-403 of this subtitle. The Council shall report annually to the Secretary on: The number of youth camps; The number of facilities in each county; The number of campers; and Any other pertinent information.
