## Title 14. General Day Care

### Subtitle 4. Maryland Youth Camp Act

#### Section 14-409

Except as otherwise provided in Sec. 10-226(c) of the State Government Article, before the Department takes any action under Sec. 14-408 of this subtitle, the Department shall give the person against whom the action is contemplated an opportunity for a hearing before the Department.
