## Title 15. Assistance Programs

### Subtitle 3. Maryland Children's Health Program

#### Section 15-306

Subject to the limitations of the State budget and as permitted by federal law or waiver, the Maryland Children's Health Program may provide guaranteed eligibility for each enrollee for up to 6 months unless an enrollee obtains health insurance through another source.
